Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to place orders on the website. Snushus s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse to execute an order if there is a suspicion of irregularities or misuse of our ordering function.
1. subject of the contract
Snushus s.r.o. as the operator of the website www.snushus.eu sells the business/private customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") the products available in the online store under the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).
2. conclusion of the contract
The contract between the Customer and Snushus s.r.o. is concluded only by an order of the Customer and the acceptance of the order by Snushus s.r.o.. The customer's order is made by placing an order in the online store. Snushus s.r.o. accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods.
3. product offer
All information about the goods, which the customer receives during the ordering process, is non-binding. In particular, changes and errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved.
4. terms of payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euro (EUR) including the Czech VAT of 21% and the customs/tobacco tax due on import.
Payment must be made net within 30 days from the date of invoice. New customers can purchase only against prepayment or credit card. Snushus s.r.o. reserves the right to supply existing customers only against prepayment or credit card.
Snushus s.r.o. is entitled to change prices and delivery costs at any time, as well as to withdraw from the contract in case of writing, printing or calculation errors.
5. delivery conditions
The products, if they are in stock, are delivered within 2-5 business days (in case of an order by 16:00 at the latest) to the address indicated by the customer. The delivery is made (from the loading ramp) at the expense and risk of the customer, even in the case of partial deliveries. In the case of externally visible damage to the ordered goods, the settlement of damages will be made only against a certificate of the respective carrier. The stated delivery time may differ from the actual delivery time, especially for deliveries abroad.
6. reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain the property of Snushus s.r.o. until full payment. The latter is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the customer is in default with the payment of the purchase price, the company Snushus s.r.o. is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take back the goods in its possession.
7. right of return
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Snushus s.r.o, Jičínská 226/17, 13000 Prague, Czech Republic, info@snushus.eu, phone: +420 731 288 686) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
11. final provisions
The sale of goods listed in the online store of Snushus s.r.o. is subject exclusively to the GTC in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract. These terms and conditions apply in particular even if they should differ from those of the customer. Snushus s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
